We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors, and to cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced, in which case we'll let you know and offer a refund.

As our menu and grocery range are made fresh and sourced regularly, items may vary or be unavailable from time to time.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is required at the time of ordering and is processed securely through our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased from Amalfi Fresh Pasta are subject to any expiry date and conditions stated at the time of purchase. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen, unless required by law.

Delivery and Pickup

At this moment, we do not offer delivery and are pick-up only.

Returns and Refunds

As we sell fresh food and perishable items, we're unable to accept returns on food products once purchased, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if a product is faulty or not as described). If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
